Please check to see if you have received an e-mail from Pfizer regarding your new account. This e-mail contains a time sensitive link that will remain active for 10 days. Once you click on the link in the e-mail, the account activation process will be complete.
We recognize you may not be able to check your e-mail immediately. As a new registrant Pfizer will allow you to log in without requiring activation for 10 days. After 10 days, you will need to activate your account before you will be able to log in to the site.
If you do not receive the e-mail, check to be sure the e-mail was not captured by your SPAM filter. If you believe you have entered your e-mail incorrectly or no longer have access to the e-mail address you entered, please call 1-800-505-4426 and a Pfizer representative will assist you.
